Backup of Mailboxes and Public Folders stopped working

Everything was working great until the last couple of days where suddenly I started getting access denied errors.

I can still backup the rest of the server and the Information store, but not the individual boxes...

This is on Backup Exec 9

Any ideas?
 
When you see "access denied" it means permissions problems.
 
Hi,

I've had this problem. I will bet that you modified your job in some way and then resubmitted it.

Well it seems that everytime you modify your job, or if you simple open it and resubmit, it loses the login password for the Brick Level portion of the backup. Don't know why, but I had to keep reapplying the password.

How did you reapply the password?

I reentered the account and password on the media server, and I also tried another account with sufficient permissions and I still can't do a brick level backup...
 
Hi,

If I remember correctly, you would modify the job, right click on the resource. From memory, I don't remember wich option it is (maybe security), but choose it and reapply the password and resubmit the job.
