Hello All...So We finally figured out how to edit the 46xx.txt file to enable agent greetings and agent status line on the 9611g and 9641g phones...If anyone needs this info, here it is
## AGTGREETINGSTAT - Sets the agent greeting permission flag; for Call Center use
## only.
##
SET CALLCTRSTAT 1
SET AGTLOGINFAC *24
SET AGTLOGOUTFAC *25
SET AGTGREETINGSTAT 1
SET AGTINFOSTAT 0

Here is the problem...If you do not have backup/restore set when the phone reloads you lose the greeting. Trying to set the backup/restore in the 46xx.txt file and got the BRURI set so now we can see the option to backup in the advanced options tab..Question where is the recommended placeholder to send the backup to? BRURI http//call server ipaddress/?????
