Backup object does not exist in Storage Manager. 1

Hi guys,

I have a problem with restore an Informix Backup.
the message error is :

2004-06-21 09:40:24 23979 23977 Begin cold level 0 restore logdbs.
2004-06-21 09:40:26 23979 23977 Completed cold level 0 restore logdbs.
2004-06-21 09:45:06 23979 23977 XBSA Error (BSAQueryObject): Backup object does not exist in Storage Manager.
2004-06-21 09:45:13 23979 23977 Due to the previous error, logical restore will not be attempted.

in spite of to have reviewed that the SSID to ixbar this in Legato and to execute themselves: scanner -i to the cartridge, persists the error, continues appearing the same message...

I assume this is for Informix?
if so, there is a patch available from Legato
Log a call with the error message and they can supply it.
