Backup not happing automatically

I am using veritas netbackup 5.1 on windows 2000

i have policy like sgtspcapp1,
and schedules like
sgtspcapp1_Mon_Diff_daily
sgtspcapp1_The_Diff_daily
sgtspcapp1_Wed_Diff_daily
sgtspcapp1_Thu_Diff_daily

and backup windows 2am to 8 am.

My problem is backup will fire automatically some times
and some time it won't happen, need to fire manually.

Can some body help in this regard

If you are using frequency based backups then set the frequency to every 7 hours
