Backup MyPC 4.71

Using Backup MyPc version 4.71. Windows 98. System reboots
during backup. Average of every other backup attempt.
Writing to MicroSolutions Backpack CD-Rewriter, parallel
connected. Any thoughts on why system reboots?

Solved the problem. Was using a Fujitsu Scanner model m3093dg on the system. Turn off the scanner and the backup works fine everytime. Turn scanner back on and system reboots of locks up.

Upgrading to Windows XP would proably help too. I am using the 30 day eval on XP with a Yamaha 40x10x20 CDRW. No problems. Roger Newhall
