Backup MX Mail server

Does anyone knows how to setup a Backup MX Mail server?
We have primary mail server and backup mail server with qmail installed, once primary mail server down, and backup mail server will keep all mails and forward to primary mail server once available again, both mail server has same email accounts setup already. the one just like dyndns.org which provided MX backup services.
