Backup M: drive for Exchange 2K???

In the admin manual for version 9 it says:

Back up all drives containing data for Windows and Exchange, including the C: dirve and the virtual drive created by Exchange during installation which defaults to M:...

Immediately following this paragraph there is a note stating:

Backup the C:\ drive but do not backup the virtual drive created by Exchange....


Anyone know if this drive needs to be backed up or not?

really all you need is the Information Store.
