Backup keeps failing although 20Go are saved...

Hi everyone,
Could someone help me with that problem plz
Our back up keeps failing and we don't know why...
Environnement : NT server
Soft. version : Backup Exec 7.2REV1223
Main Applications installed : Oracle, Baan IV (ERP software)

We wrote a script that shuts down Baan then Oracle before the backup is launched. Then around 20Go are backed up and it seems BExec try to close the job without success during 7 hours. Then we get a 'Failed' status. Finally the post-backup script that should restart Oracle then Baan services is executed.
The syntax of our scripts is the same than we used in former cases wihtout problem...

Your problem lies with the line that reads:

&quot;Error. Can not backup directory \ora_baan_idx and its subdirectories.&quot;

Check your file security settings on the parent directory listed and ensure the BE system account has proper permissions to operate within it...
