Backup jobs not showing up in activity monitor

Hello All,
We have a bat file to backup our SAP system on windows NT server. All of a sudden the backup job is not showing up in the activity monitor. We have verified that the job is executing and completing. I can look at the scheduled task and it shows the job has executed. We are using Veritas version 8.60 revision 3878.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
