Backup jobs hanging HELP!

Hello, this is my first post so here goes.

We're running novell and arcserve backups. every nite when the backup job begins, it starts fine but when it gets to the format tape stage it hangs. But when I just 'view' the job status from my client manager it begins the process as normal. I dont like logging in from home every night to do this. Do you guys have any ideas?

What versions of Arcserve and NetWare are you using (please include Service Packs also). -----------------------------------------------------

You do not specify any Service Packs for NetWare. If you have not applied SP3 for NW5.1, do this first. If you have, post back. -----------------------------------------------------
