Backup jobs cancelled after 6 seconds

I am getting the following error randomly

Error - Mount failed.

^ ^ ^ ^ ^
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.


Tapes loaded no overwrite protection and yet this error any ideas? At all other times the jobs are about 80% successful
