Can anyone advise which command line syntax I can use to find out when all the backup jobs started and finished for a particular day and client e.g. ideal format

Client Start Time/Date Finish Time/Date Schedule
Host1 01:00:02 12/05/02 02:13:00 12/05/02 ABC

Appreciate your help.

You can use nsradmin to get the actual start times.
Called nsradmin -s server
show name; "last start";

print type: NSR group;

Fro savesets, you can use mminfo and report sscreate and sscomp (start and end times for the saveset).
If you know which saveset is in which savegroup, you can then get what you are after.

Using the following mminfo command :

# mminfo -a -c whatever -t "05/28/02"

volume client date size level name
600446 whatever 05/28/02 33 GB full H:
Will return details as above.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
