BAckup issue with UCM on VMWare

I am running UCM 8.5 on a VMWare platform in my Lab. The VMWare is version ESXI 4.0 on an Athlon platform. I did the fix for Athlon platforms already. Everything seems to be working except backups. When I try to create a Backup Device I get an error:

Local Agent is not responding. This may be due to Master or Local Agent being down.

I checked in Serviceability and both Local and Master DRF services are started and running. I've tried restarting them and rebooting the server but no luck.

Any ideas???
