We have 2 domain here, lets say domain A and domain B. Backup Exec is installed in domain A and I'm trying to make a backup of some directories in domain B.
When I try to backup and access the directories in domain B under
\remote selection
\user-defined selection
\Domain B
I can not see the directories that I am looking for. The "logon account selection" have the username and password for Domain B.
What I am doing wrong?
Thank you in advance.

Check the login that the SERVICES use. When you run a job in Backup Exec it's actually the Backup Exec Job Agent service login that is used. Make sure the Backup Exec services are:

1. domain accounts
2. have access to Domain B and it's directories.
