backup Individual mailboxes fails

Currently my backup of the individual mailboxes fails.
I'm running ArcserveIT 6.61 for NT.
The error message in my report log reads:
W3905 Skip node or agent (dbaexch) - Not supported in this edition.

The version of the backup agent for Exchange is 2.0

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem?

You must be running Enterprise edition or Advanced Edition of Arcserve 6.61 to use the Exchange agent. My guess is that you are running Arcserve 6.61 Workgroup Edition.
