Backup Incomplete, Skipped: DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory

We use Backup Exec 8.6 to backup our Domaincontrolers.
The Hidden System Folder: "DO_NOT_REMOVE_NtFrs_PreInstall_Directory" is always skipped, even if you exclude this folder from backup!!

I read this is a known bug in NTBackup and Backup Exec 9.0
Is there a fix or workaround to make the backup successfull in Backup Exec 8.6??

try to create a back up use New job wizard it work for me when i did with BE9.0 not sure 8.6.. never have that problem
