BACKUP HARD DRIVE

I have tried numerous times to backup my system and each time I am unsuccessful. I have followed the directions but it still does not work. Is there a simple set of instructions that I can follow? Thanks in advance.

connect bcm to lan
share folder on a PC in the lan
schedule a backup to the folder (you'll have to provide the PC login/pass and path to the PC)

and LAN or back to back should work

Could you please give me the "dummy" version step by step process. I am not following you on the steps.

Are you doing this via IP or dialup? Where are you tring to backup to, the harddrive or your laptop?

If to the harddrive:
when you connect to the IP address and get the main menu, select BRU. at the BRU you will have 3 tabs, BACKUP, RESTORE and Schedule.Click on Backup and and click proform backup now. to the left is a menu of the different itemsyou can backup. I only use Telephony, Voice Apps, Reg and Lic.
