Have a question on backing up groupwise server before migrating to a new server. If groupwise was unloaded from the server will all the groupwise files and DB files get backed and what about the files in the system folder.

If you unload the GroupWise agents, sync the files on source and destination for your Domain and Post office (assuming you have one of each on this server).. you should be fine.

You can also copy the agent and config files from wherever they are at, but sometimes it is just easier to install the agents again to the new server. No need to reinstall the whole system. just the agents and then configure them to point to the new server.
