Backup Group Inactivity Timeout

Ok, I've done a search on this and it's come up with different results. Some threads say the Group inactivity timeout should be 0 (to disable it) others say maximise it i.e. 60 mins etc. What is the correct or suggested solution?

depends on what you plan to do !

If you have a machine which continually makes problem when saving it (e.g : remote machine with 'poor' network link), you may put a value other than 0 to avoid group running more than 24 hours...
