We compress our database files each night (in RAR format), then FTP them
down to one of our servers at a different location. Generally the database files were about
800 megs. They have suddenly doubled in size the last few days. I am not
sure what is going on. Any ideas?
Thanks

Are your transaction logs growing all of a sudden?

Has the database been changed to full recover from simple recovery?

Has the amount of data changing increased?
