From the looks of both post you have lost your translations?? Have you lost them on both servers??
You should have a copy of your translations either by means of the flash card or FTP server. You should be able to restore from either one. As for the generic software you can load those up from your diskettes that you were given with the servers. But your translations are what you save daily, and are what is programmed in your switch so no one else will have those.
If you have lost these (both servers and backups)it would be a good time to call Avaya to see if their is somewhere they can find to restore these for you.
Hell, there are no rules here - we're trying to accomplish something.
