What's the expected file size for a backup. Today I did a backup and it was only 90kb. I always deselect callpilot, cdr, music on hold. They only have license for 4 mailboxes.

The other day I did a backup and it was 25mb. That may have included cdr

So I'm wondering if I doing the backup correctly or not?

That's about right

BCM50 R6 13 users
Lots of goodies
So in my test I backed up mine and UN-checked all boxes

File size was 100kb and created in seconds.

Yes, as stated above the CDR takes up the most space and this is always increasing in size. For customer backups, I tend to select everything before backing up as some customers like the idea of having a CDR archive.

what is funny is that sometimes I am not given the option to de-select or de-tick the box for CDR and the backup automatically includes the CDR which then takes much much longer.

Anyone know the reason for that?

Never noticed that before....sounds like corruption.

So is it only 3 choices/boxes then or is it that CDR is greyed out?

Only three choices, CDR isn't offered to tick/untick. Must be a reason?

Which BCM and rls #?

Is it patch too current?
And you are talking the same BCM I take it?
