Backup file does not exist!

Hi,

Backup for Notes server fails as it backs up to one file location and then this error occurs:
"backup exec unable to open the item" "file does not exist"
Backup continues to run, successfully backup all files bar this one. This file DOES exist. Any clues as to why Back up Exec is saying it doesn't??
