Backup Fails-Test run works fine

Hi everyone,
When I run incremental backup there are no problems. When I run full weekly backup I get an error message:
AOFO: Initialization failure on: "Shadow?Copy?Components". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
Snapshot provider error (0xE000FED1): A failure occurred querying the Writer status.
Check the Windows Event Viewer for details.
Writer Name: Windows Management Instrumentation, Writer ID: {A6AD56C2-B509-4E6C-BB19-49D8F43532F0}, Last error: The VSS Writer failed, but the operation can be retried (0x800423f3), State: Failed during freeze operation (9). I am running backup exec version 10.0 rev5484 on SBS 2003.

When I do the test run of full weekly backup there are no problems.
Can anyone advice me what to do?
