Backup Failing

Hi

I have an issue on a 3300mxe rel 8.0.8.8
When trying to do a backup we get a windows error stating backup failed. Dbms check and datasave take place fine with no errors. Reboot has taken place
When setting the backup running and telnetting to the switch we see no form of output.
Have you seen this before

Struggling with this so any reponse gratefully recieved, ideally want to avoid doing any form of data restore as current backup is over a month old.

Another user was having difficulty with backups and he isolated the issue to voicemail ports being stuck offhook.

I had this issue last week, checked my VM ports and found 1 that was stuck. Busy command and RTS cleared it down and my backup was then successful.

Check your VM ports.

For those interested:-
mitel have found the issue and my "htmlapps" directory is corrupt.
Customer users 5330s onsite but dont use any html apps / personalised screen savers so i havent got a clue how its got corrupt.

Looks like datasave / restore is needed!!
