Backup failing on Shadow?Copy?Components

Hi,

I'm running Verits Backup Exec 9.1 and my backup backups 28GB which means it is almost finsihed and then fails for:

\\server\Shadow?Copy?Components

Media Mount failed
User cancelled a physical volume library operation

The media operation was termintaed by the user
Error reading data file

Is this because the tape capacity is too small and the job is trying to span to another tape.

What options do I have to resolve the problem besides deleting data from the server.

Put in another tape and let the job finish. Install another tape drive or larger tape drive. If you delete data off the server what about 6 months from now when you company data starts to grow again.
