Backup failed on a 1616phone 3

I have a ip office 500 v2 running partner add on just upgraded it two weeks ago to 7.0. and now i have 2 phones coming up with a message on the display saying BACKUP FAILED whats with that any one there have a clue...thanks

Thanks for the help got it, it was a 1416 phone.. Was under admin and backup.

Never worked on one before.Getting better at them, And not sure i like all the things the customer can do with ext 10 and 11.. Any way to remove that for there phones.. Just a question.. lol.. And the new upgrade wow 1 3/4 hour's wow..
