Backup failed - error on request to query entity information

could someone please explain to me what this means:

My backup is failing and gives the following details for failure in the log:

storage device "*****" reported an error on a request to query entity information.

error reported:
the object invoked has disconnected from its clients.

This seems to happen every 3rd or 4th day??

What version and build is the Backup Exec - check Help / About.
