Backup Failed after new re-installation

Hello everyone. A few days ago I have uninstall ArcServe and reinstalled it on another disk. I have copied the asx file and restored it again. So far so good. But when the backup was finished I saw it has failed. I think it is because of the exchange agent which I cannot configure anymore. And because of the brick level is in the asx file that is the problem I think. But how can I resolve this. I have included the log file. I'm using ArcServe 9.0 on Win2000 server. Did you rememeber to patch up the server after re-installation? The agent entry point error message is typical of a mismatched configuration. For example where the host server is at a lower patch level than the agent, or vice-versa.

I would recommend patching up with SP2 and the Win2003 update on both host server and remote agents:

If the other stuff with regard to unable to logon doesn't clear after doing this then you will need to modify the job and re-enter the security information for each node and re-submit it.

FYI if you are doing a full machine backup - brick level is automatically excluded - this is not a problem, this is how the product is intended to work.
