BackUp Exec9 and Exchange 2000

Hi All,

I am running BE 9 and Exchange server 2000 and am having trouble with backing up exchange mailboxes. It actually allows me to attatch to the mail box store but then when i run a backup, the job will just fail on me. it will backup everything excpet for the mailboxes. It has an error in the failed job as unable to connect to drive.

Does anyone have an idea?!?!

When selecting what to backup are you checking the M: drive? I tried that and was told that there was no access allowed as it is a virtual drive. If you want to backup your mailboxes you select your C:\exchsrver and that should do it for you.

Yeh thanks for that! I actually fixed this problem last week and yes it was because the M Drive was selected.
