Backup Exec11d Remote Agent Service Not Starting

Hi,
I have installed backupexec 11d remote agent on windows server 2003, It got installed succesfully, but when i reboot the server i see the Backup exec remote agent service is set to "Starting' and it stays in that state througout.

I have uninstalled & re-installed many times but get the same problem.

I have verified in the registry that i have full control.

Please help.
