Backup exec version 8 upgrades 1

We have copies of backupexec version 8.0 and version 8.5. How do i upgrade them to 8.6 ? Is it a free upgrade via the web ? Or is it more money ?

8.5 to 8.6 is a paid upgrade.

8.6 Purchasable.
8.6 has added features such as Backup to Disk, enhancements in Lotus Notes etc, which is why the paid upgrade.

Is it tricky to upgrade Backup Exec to Ver 8.6 and install remote agent to NT server.

I have installed veritas backup exec on win 2000 and iam trying to connect as a clinet to an exchange 2000 server. when im trying to access individual mailboxes its asking for mailbox name to attach, but fails to attach even if im giving a valid account name. backup exec services are running with a account name veritas . Any replies will be much appriciated. Pls. reply at manicks64@hotmail.com
