Is there a problem with using SQL2k with SP3 to create a DB for Backup Exec v9 during install? When I have installed it (upgrading from BE v8) and am going through the Default User logon setup on first run, I get the error message, on trying to create that user account:
The database function to insert failed
followed by:
Invalid parameters for interface

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the full version but no luck there either. Looking through the bkupinst.log a familiar number caught my eye, which was the version of the SQL2k at 8.00.194 (the RTM level) and not 8.00.760 (the SP3 level). Eerie quite emanates from Veritas. I was hoping someone may have come across this?
