Backup Exec v8.6 - Lotus Notes R5 agent

Hi,

We're trying to accomplish online backups of our Lotus Notes server. Whenever there are users logged on, the backup job skips open files. (Otherwise, we're okay.) The following message is logged: "In order to share a Notes database, all users must use a Domino Server instead of a File Server." We've followed the workaround as stated in the Veritas TechNote (241916) pertaining to this problem but we're still getting the same error. Ideas anyone?
