Backup exec services failing to start after installing sp3

I have just installed service pack 3 for version 10d. When i restarted my computer i was greeted with an error message saying one or more drivers failed to start and when i went in to backup exec i found that the services had stopped. I tried to manually start them but the following error occured.

I've tried restarting the server but this makes no difference. has anyone else had any toruble with service pack 3 for 10d?

Scratch that all is sorted. it must have messed with the account settings, changed the service credentials and now its happy again.
