backup exec remote install fails 1

hi all,

installing backup exec agent for windows server on a remote machine fails.
when the installation fails, i insisted on reinstalling.
but now in the log files, i see "file already exists".
i removed all the veritas files on the server and also verified the registry.
still i could not install the remote agent for indows server.

do anyone has ideas?

Okay...
1. What version of Veritas BUE?
2. Did you remove all the remote agents you may have installed?
3. When you do the installation are you doing it from the cd or from explorer?

4. Are you getting errors on the install? If so what?
