Backup exec registry settings

Do you mean that your backups are being labeled as "Failed" because files are skipped? I've never seen a backup that failed due to skipped files. Files are skipped all the time if you're not using the Open Files Option, but they are still labeled a Successful. There must be something else failing the backup. What version of Backup Exec are you using?
