Hello everyone!

I have a current issue with a client that is having problems with Veritas Backups. It seems to time out everytime on about 20Gigs after about 2:30-2:45 hours. When looking in the Job log, under exceptions, it says the following error:

An unexpected error occured when cleaning up VERITAS Snapshot Provider (VSP) snapshots. Make sure that no other application has a lock on the cache files created by the snapshot operations.

This error is under the d:\ drive which is the client data drive.

Is there anyone out there that has a solution to this problem, which i have not spotted.

Thank you in advance.
Damien
