Backup Exec: Password Database Error: Open Failed

I am having a problem connecting to a server from a NT4 workstation using Seagate Backup Exec (version 7.2)Remote Administrator.

I have installed Seagate Backup Exec Remote Administrator onto the workstation but when i try to run the Backup Exec from the workstation to administer the backup server i get the message: Password Database Error: Open Failed.
(This is after i put in the username and password for the server.)
I also have had the message - Failed Accessing Remote Registry Information, and also - The Credentials Supplied Conflict With An Existing Set Of Credentials.

Any help would be great.
