After running a quick erase job on a number of 200 GB LTO tapes we had in our robotic library, the capacity only shows as 17.8 GB. Now any tape we import shows only as having 17.8 GB of capacity. Has anyone experienced a situation such as this? I'm not sure if this a BackUp Exec issue or an issue with our robotic library.
