Backup Exec Netware Ver 7.5 Problem 'Active' Status

Here is my problem:
1. I'm not familiar with the commands for Novell/Netware or Backup Exec
2. The Backup Exec Netware Client shows the job active for two days now and the regular IT guy isn't back till Monday. I need to find out how to remove the 'active status' without shutting the thing down.
3. I have no manuals so I don't know how to unload/reload things but the BESTOP and BESTART commands
Please Help!!!
