backup exec install on two servers will there be any problems

We have two servers each with a tape backup device but only one is running backup exec from Monday to Satuarday but I wanted to install the same software in the other server so I can do an unattended backup on Satuday.<br>
Will the software let me to install the single version backup exec to two servers on the same network?<br>

I'm pretty sure that they will broadcast a license violation if you do that. <br>
<br>
If you have the single server edition, you'll need another license. If you have Multi-server, it could backup the other server.
