Backup Exec for Windows 95/98/NT - Backup to Folder

Thanks for looking at this post. I have a customer that has a Windows 98 workstation and is using Seagate Backup Exec for Windows 95/98/NT.

He would like to backup to folders on a hard drive. For example do a full backup to a folder called Monday on Monday, then backup to a folder called Tuesday on Tuesday, Etc. Is this possible with this software. If this is not possible is their other versions of the software that could do this, or other software that I could use to perform this task.
