Perhaps someone here can give me a hand on this...
I am getting the following error after backing up my three servers.
Further down the backup report is this:
There is absolutely no help on this error on the Symantec website. There are people who had this issue, but no resolutions. That error link goes to a blank page.
The odd bit is that first the back up failed saying that it could not continue because Circular Logging was enabled. I never turned it on, but followed the steps to turn it off. The next day the nightly Backup failed with this error and I have not been able to get it going again.
Servers that I back up onto one tape drive:
- SBS 2003
- Windows Server 2003 (With SQL 2005)
- Windows Server 2003 (Terminal Server)
Tape Drive:
- HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448 (With latest Veritas Drivers)
I am using:
- BackUp Exec 10d SP3
This set up worked for the past year and the problem has only started this week.
Thanks for your help,
