What is the process to get the exchange agent to work on W2K????

It's rather complicated, email me at greg@ticketcity.com and I'll send you the process that I got from tech support.

In order to share with all, sorry to post email address, it's rather lengthy:

Install Exchange system manager on the BE machine
Install SP1 on the BE machine
Install a TAPI client on the BE Machine

On Exchange Server
Create a new user account for BE Service Account With the following groups Admin., Domain Admin, Domain User
SET HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\restrictanonymous to 0
create a mailbox for BE SA
Set full Exch admin rights on site and server for Service Account

On BE machine
Stop BE services
Set BE services to use the new service account
In the install directory: C:\Program Files\VERITAS\Backup Exec\NT\Data rename BEWINUI.uni
to .old
SET HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\restrictanonymous to 0
Create and test a profile for the BE Service Account.
From start>run run fixmapi.exe
Restart the services.

Hope this helps. Pretty intuitive, isn't it? Racked my brain for two weeks before calling tech support.
