Backup Exec Config Question

I currently have 2 servers, a PDC ( windows NT 4.0 ) consisting of version 8.6 with remote agents installed and a SQL ( windows 2003 ) standalone server with 9.1 with remote agent. I have a DLT on the SQL server and would like to backup the PDC with version 9.1. Any suggestions on the best way to config.
