Backup Exec - Are You Happy

Hi,

We are currently looking into replacing our back up solution and we are looking hard at Backup Exec's latest. We are a medium sized business with about 45 server (mixture of NT Server, 2k Server and Win 2003 Server and one Exchange 5.5 server). We normally back up 450 GB on the full backups with incrementals running daily. I would like to hear from people about their overall experience with BE. If you've had any persistent problems or comments about their tech support services let me know.

I'm currently a Brightstore user and I'm terribly unhappy with the product. . I really do not want to get burned again.
