Backup Exec and SBS

Can I use Backup Exec to backup SQL and Exchange databases and log files during business hours or should it be scheduled for after hours.

It is best to run your backups after hours but they can be run during normal hours if necassary.

Either way will work, but you'll take a performance hit if you do it during business hours.

I agree, I would strongly agree to do this after hours, I have had to many complications and performance hit during work hours.
