Backup Exec and Exchange 2000

I am backing up Exchange 2000 using Backup Exec 8.6 and would like to make sure I get everything necessary for a full restore of Exchange. Other than the Information Stores and the Mailboxes, should I backup anything else? The Exchange server is remote to Backup Exec and yes, the Remote agent is installed.
