backup exec and benchmark auto loader

I can't seem to get backup exec to use auto loader correctly
I can get it to run if I load tape manually but not to pull a tape from one of the slots.

Have you, during install of Backup Exec, chosen to install the Autoloader option? If not, you might have to run the install again and select the Autoloader Option. Without this, the robotic arm will not be recognized.
